- Service Availability: Our services are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your event needs, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be available for your desired date and time.
5. Payment and Cancellation
- Pricing: All prices for our services are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We will confirm pricing at the time of booking.
- Payment Terms: Payment for our services is due in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, as specified on the Site.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the terms of the cancellation policy.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
